Swimming pools - Exterior theme lake

Theme lake of more than 3000m2, on two levels, with waterfall, jacuzzi, pool bar, 6 slides, loungers, tropical plants and atmosphere. Specially designed pool for the little ones, with shallow areas, animal figures and small slides. In the pool we have a stage where the animation team offer daily aquagym classes. Because of the mild climate, the pool is open from the middle of March to the end of October. In the colder months, the jacuzzi is heated to 28ºC. The area has over 300 loungers, which are free for customer use. The plants that surround the pool are the most creative aspect. The many different heights give it a tropical air, with 40 different kinds of palms, autochthonous and non-autochthonous, like the Macrozamia Moorei from Australia, Ravenea Rivularis from Madagascar, the Cuban Royal Palm or Sabals from the USA. All the plants are identified by tiles with the name and origin, so a simple walk round the pool becomes a botany class. During high-season, barbecue dinners are offered, with a night-swim and chill-out music included. In high-season there are up to 4 lifeguards on duty at the same time.

Lifeguards

The pool has a permanent lifegaurd service, depending on the number of campers, there are up to 4 on duty at any one time in high-season, they will look out for your safety and make sure that rules are followed in the area. They are also in charge of the first aid box, and can help you in all kinds of medical emergencies.

28º jacuzzi

The jacuzzi, with hydromassage and bubbles, holds 12 people and, during the cold months (March, April, May, September and October), is heated to 28º.

Stage

The stage is the centre of all the animation in the pool. >From there, our animation team direct the aquagym classes and summer dances. During the night-swim evenings, it becomes the VIP zone.

Tucán: pool bar

The Tucán bar can be found in the middle of the pool, and has 2 different areas: one exterior and one with stools submerged in the pool. The campsite?s best cocktails and shakes can be had here, all made with natural fruits, either with or without sugar. Trying one while in the pool is one of the most refreshing and satisfying experiences.

6 slides

The pool has 6 slides: four in the children?s area, one spiral tube and a straight slide.

Animal themes

The whole pool has one giant animal theme, with lifesize elephants and their calves, Galapagos tortoises, crocodiles, toucans?some spout water and are just the place to take a souvenir photo.

Shallow areas and children?s beach entrances

The entire pool is surrounded by anti-slip material and there are several beach entrances, all treated with anti-slide products, so the pool is much more like a natural bathing pool surrounded by tropical plants. The shallowness makes it the ideal place for children.
